摘要
将主体间性理论应用于高校辅导员思想政治教育工作,有助于深化辅导员职业的专业性,从而进一步使高校思想政治工作从思想育人、实践育人、文化育人的角度深化工作成效,提升大思政育人的格局。
The ideological and political education of college counselors could use the theory of intersubjectivity.It would help to enhance the professionalism of the counselor's career.The theory of intersubjectivity improves the effect of ideological and political education from three perspectives which are ideology,practice and culture.
