高校环境对德育教育的影响及改进对策探索

Exploration on the Influence of University Environment on Moral Education and the Improvement Countermeasures

随着我国高等教育的不断深化改革,德育教育逐渐受到了社会、公众以及教育界的高度重视,以德树人成为了德育教育的时代要求和指导方针。德育教育资源包括显性教育资源和隐性教育资源,高校环境作为重要的隐性教育资源,其是对学生开展德育教育的关键渠道,通过高校环境能够潜移默化地规范学生思想和行为,进而实现以德树人的育人目标。本文主要针对高校环境对德育教育的影响进行分析,并且提出相关改进对策,希望给予我国高等教育以些许参考和借鉴。

With the continuously deepened reform of higher education in China,moral education has been highly valued by the society,the public and the education sector.Moral establishment and talent cultivation have become the requirement and guideline for moral education.Moral education resources include explicit educational resources and hidden educational resources.The university environment is an important hidden educational resource.It is a key channel for students to carry out moral education.Through the university environment,it can subtly regulate students'thoughts and behaviors,thus achieving the educational goals of moral establishment and talent cultivation.This paper mainly analyzes the impact of university environment on moral education,and proposes relevant improvement countermeasures,hoping to give some reference to higher education in China.
