摘要
传统讲授式教学存在种种弊端,并不能实现高等教育人才培养的目标,也难以适应高速发展的社会对人才的需求。而研讨式教学法关注学生综合能力和整体素质的发展,是高等教育改革最重要的教学方式之一。本文在探讨研讨式教学法的内涵和特点的基础上,提出研讨式教学法的实施关键是“两个转变”,即教师身份的转变和学生学习观念的转变。
There are many disadvantages in traditional lecture teaching,which can not achieve the goal of talent training in higher education,nor can it meet the needs of the rapidly developing society for talents.The seminar teaching method,which pays attention to the development of students'comprehensive ability and overall quality,is one of the most important teaching methods in the reform of higher education.On the basis of discussing the connotation and characteristics of seminar teaching method,this paper points out that the key to the implementation of seminar teaching method is"two changes",namely,the change of teachers'identity and the change of students'learning concept.
