摘要
本文介绍了我校水文水资源专业双导师制度的实施制度背景和实施过程,学生在校期间不同阶段根据学情和实际情况,导师的工作任务也略有不同。为了更好地实施双导师制,理清工作思路,在学生中发放了电子调查问卷,从实际存在的问题着手,进一步改善双导师制度的工作效果。
This paper introduces the institutional background and process of the implementation of the dual tutor system for the major of hydrology and water resources in our college.In accordance with the academic situation and actual situation of students at different stages,tutors'tasks are slightly different.In order to better implement the dual tutor system,we clarified the work ideas and issued electronic questionnaires among the students,thus further improving the effect of the dual tutor system starting from the actual problems.
