摘要
本文通过对新疆地区某事业单位基层职工进行问卷调查,探讨该单位基层职工的基本心理健康状况,考察其应对方式与心理健康的基本特征及两者的关系。结果显示,新疆地区职工的心理健康水平较好,应对方式从高到低依次是解决问题、求助、退避、合理化、幻想、自责;应对方式与心理健康存在显著相关,其中,自责能够显著正向预测职工的心理健康水平。综上,新疆某事业单位基层职工心理健康水平良好,其应对方式与心理健康密切相关。
Through a questionnaire survey on the grassroots workers in a public institution in Xinjiang,this paper explores the basic mental health of them,and examines their coping styles and the basic characteristics of their mental health as well as the relationship between the two.The results show that the mental health of workers in Xinjiang is good.The styles to cope with problems from high to low is to solve problems,to seek help,to avoid,to rationalize,to fantasize,and to blame themselves.The coping styles are significantly related to mental health.Among them,self-blame can significantly and positively predict the mental health of employees.In summary,the mental health level of grassroots employees in the public institution of Xinjiang is good,and their coping styles are closely related to mental health.
