当前社会组织发展的现实困境及原因探究

Current Dilemma of the Development of Social Organizations and Its Causes

随着政府部门对社会组织的孵化与培育,社会组织的地位和作用逐步得到社会的认可,参与社会组织互动成为提高公民参与社会治理的责任感的重要途径。但目前社会组织仍然存在“虚假繁荣”的景象,在社会组织数量迅速增长的同时,质量层次却存在显著差异。社会组织发展整体面临多重困境,内部缺乏自律和增长动力,外部发展缺乏竞争力,举步维艰。针对这种现状,本文进一步探究造成该现实困境的原因。

With the incubation and cultivation of social organizations by government departments,the status and role of social organizations have gradually been recognized by society.Participating in the interaction of social organizations has become an important way to improve citizens'sense of responsibility for participating in social governance.However,at present,there is still a phenomenon of"false prosperity"in social organizations.While the number of social organizations is increasing rapidly,there are significant differences in the quality level.The development of social organizations as a whole is facing multiple dilemmas,lacking self-discipline and growth motivation,and lacking competitiveness in external development.In view of this,this paper further explores the causes of this realistic dilemma.
