临床护理路径对脑卒中偏瘫患者功能状态与生活质量的影响

Effect of clinical nursing pathway in functional status and quality of life for stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的探讨临床护理路径对脑卒中偏瘫患者功能状态及生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年11月至2018年11月我院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者80例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径,比较两组患者的功能状态、生活质量。结果观察组患者功能状态评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者护理中可改善其功能状态,促进患者康复,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in functional status and quality of life for stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods To select 80 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine nursing care.The observation group was implemented clinical nursing pathway.Functional status and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The functional status score and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway could improve the functional status of stroke patients with hemiplegia,promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life.
