专科健康教育延伸服务在脑卒中患者二级预防中的应用

Application of extension service of specialized health education in secondary prevention of stroke patients

目的探讨专科健康教育延伸服务在脑卒中患者二级预防中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月在本院接受治疗的146例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者在住院期间给予常规护理和专科健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上,给予患者出院后专科健康教育延伸服务。6个月后比较两组患者对脑卒中二级预防知识的知晓程度、遵医行为率和脑卒中复发率。结果观察组患者对脑卒中二级预防知识的知晓程度高于对照组(P<0.05),遵医行为率高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论专科健康教育延伸服务应用在脑卒中二级预防中效果显著,能提高患者对疾病知识的知晓程度和遵医行为率,降低出院后的复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of extension service of specialized health education in secondary prevention of stroke patients.Methods To select 146 cases of stroke patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as a study object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing and specialist health education during the hospitalization period.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given a post-discharge extension service of specialized health education.After 6 months,the two groups of patients were compared with the cognition degree of secondary prevention knowledge of stroke,the rate of compliance behavior and the recurrence rate of stroke.Results The cognition degree of secondary prevention knowledge of stroke in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of compliance behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of extended health service in specialized health education was effective in secondary prevention of stroke,which could improve the patient's cognition degree of disease knowledge and compliance rate,and reduce the recurrence rate after discharge,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
