气道管理小组在成批严重烧伤合并吸入性损伤患者救治中的应用

Application of airway management team in the treatment of patients with severe burns and inhalation injury

目的探讨气道管理小组在成批严重烧伤合并吸入性损伤患者救治中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年10月收治的成批严重烧伤合并吸入性损伤患者42例为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规烧伤护理,研究组成立气道管理小组实施针对性护理干预。比较两组患者创面愈合情况、情绪状态、生活质量及睡眠质量。结果护理后1周,研究组创面愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组HAMA,HAMD,PSQI,GQOL-74评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组HAMA,HAMD,PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),GQOL-74评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将气道管理小组应用于成批严重烧伤合并吸入性损伤患者中,能够有效改善其生活质量,缓解心理压力,促进创面愈合,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of airway management team in the treatment of patients with severe burns and inhalation injury.Methods To select 42 cases of patients with severe burns and inhalation injury admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017as a study object.They were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group received routine burn nursing.Establish an airway management team to implement targeted nursing interventions.Wound healing,emotional status,quality of life and quality of sleep were compared between the two groups.Results One week after the nursing,the wound healing of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in HAMA,HAMD,PSQI and GQOL-74 scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the HAMA,HAMD and PSQI scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The GQOL-74 score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the airway management team to a group of patients with severe burns and inhalation injury can effectively improve their quality of life,relieve psychological stress and promote wound healing,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
