“1+5”质控管理在乳腺癌术后PICC置管中的效果观察

Effect observation of "1 + 5" quality control management on PICC catheterization after breast cancer postoperation

目的探讨“1+5”质控管理在乳腺癌术后PICC置管中的效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年4月我院收治的乳腺癌术后PICC置管化疗患者120例为研究对象。随机将其等分为对照组和试验组,对照组行PICC常规护理,试验组行PICC“1+5”质控管理。比较两组患者置管情况、并发症情况、一次性穿刺成功率。结果试验组置管时间短于对照组,留置时间长于对照组,置管出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“1+5”质控管理可提高乳腺癌术后PICC导管的一次性穿刺成功率,有效改善置管情况,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of"1+5"quality control management on PICC catheterization after breast cancer postoperation.Methods To select 120 cases of patients with PICC catheterization after breast cancer postoperation from October 2016 to April 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was received routine nursing of PICC.The experimental group was underwent PICC"1+5"quality control management.The catheterization,complications,and the success rate of one-time puncture were compared between the two groups.Results The catheterization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group.The indwelling time was longer than that of the control group.The amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time puncture was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion"1+5"quality control management could improve the success rate of one-time puncture of PICC catheter after breast cancer operation,effectively improve the status of catheterization and reduce the incidence of complications.
