术中综合保温干预对老年髋关节置换术术后寒战与凝血功能的影响

Influence of intraoperative comprehensive thermal intervention on chills and blood coagulation in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement

目的探讨术中综合保温干预对老年髋关节置换术后患者寒战及凝血功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年12月至2018年12月收治的70例行全髋关节置换术的老年患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组术中采取常规保温措施,观察组在此基础上采取综合保温干预,比较两组术后凝血功能、寒战发生情况。结果观察组术后寒战发生级别低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术中综合保温干预能够有效维持老年髋关节置换术患者围术期体温,降低患者寒战发生级别,有助于维持正常凝血功能。

Objective To explore the effect of intraoperative comprehensive thermal intervention on chills and blood coagulation in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods To select70 cases of the elderly patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty from December 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital as a study object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was received routine insulation measures during operation.On the basis of this,the observation group was adopted comprehensive thermal intervention to compare the blood coagulation and the occurrence of chills in the two groups.Results The level of postoperative chills occurred in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and fibrinogen(FIB)index of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative comprehensive thermal intervention could effectively maintain the perioperative temperature of elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery,reduce the level of chills and help maintain normal blood coagulation function.
