海恩法则对消毒供应中心手术器械管理的影响效果

The influencing effect of Hayne’s law on the management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center

目的探讨基于海恩法则的消毒供应中心管理对手术器械的管理效果。方法选取我院消毒供应中心2016年3月至2018年2月手术器械作为研究对象,2016年3月至2017年2月的手术器械实施消毒供应中心常规管理,2017年3月至2018年2月消毒供应中心对手术器械实施基于海恩法则的管理。比较基于海恩法则的管理实施前后手术器械清洗流程达标率、清洗合格率、灭菌合格率和包装合格率;比较实施前后手术器械风险优先数值(RPN)以及发生频度(O)、失效检验难度(D)、严重程度(S)。结果实施后清洗流程达标率、清洗合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后手术器械RPN均低于实施前。结论基于海恩法则的消毒供应中心管理能够提高消毒供应中心手术器械的清洗和灭菌效果,有利于降低管理风险、减少管理缺陷。

Objective To explore the management effect of the management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center based on Hayne's law on surgical instruments.Methods The surgical equipment of our hospital disinfection supply center was selected from March 2016 to February 2018 as a study object.The routine management of surgical equipment was implemented by disinfection supply center from March 2016 to February 2017,the management of surgical equipment base on Hayne's law was implemented by disinfection supply center from March 2017 to February 2018.The qualification ratio of cleaning process,cleaning qualification rate,sterilization pass rate and packaging pass rate of surgical instrument cleaning process before and after the implementation of Hayne's law were compared;the risk priority number(RPN)and frequency of occurrence(O),difficulty of failure test(D),and serious degree(S)of surgical instruments before and after the implementation were also compared.Results The qualification ratio of cleaning process,cleaning qualification rate,sterilization pass rate and packaging pass rate after implementation were higher than those before the implementation.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The RPN of the surgical instruments after implementation was lower than before the implementation.Conclusion The management of disinfection supply center based on Hayne's law could improve the cleaning and sterilization effect of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center,which was beneficial to reduce management risks and management defects.
