吸烟对牙周炎患者PD、BOP和牙周组织IL-1β、TNF-α、HGF mRNA表达水平的影响

Effects of smoking on PD, BOP and expressions of IL-1β, TNF-α and HGF mRNA in periodontal tissues of patients with periodontitis

目的:观察吸烟对牙周炎患者PD、BOP和牙周组织IL-1β、TNF-α、HGF mRNA表达水平的影响。方法:选取40例吸烟伴牙周炎患者(设为吸烟组)、132例不吸烟牙周炎患者(设为不吸烟组),检查并记录牙周探诊深度(PD)和探诊出血(BOP),应用二元Logistic回归分析进行数据处理;另选取不同组别(空白对照组、不吸烟牙周炎组、吸烟伴牙周炎组)牙周组织样本2 mm3,用RT-PCR方法检测各组1μg总RNA中IL-1β、TNF-α和HGF mRNA的含量,应用方差分析比较组间差异。结果:二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,吸烟是重度PD的危险因素;不吸烟牙周炎组与吸烟伴牙周炎组IL-1β、TNF-α和HGF的含量显著高于空白对照组,其中吸烟伴牙周炎组的以上指标水平高于不吸烟牙周炎组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吸烟是牙周袋深度增加的危险因素之一,并能增加牙周炎患者牙周组织IL-1β、TNF-α和HGF mRNA的表达。

Objective: To study effects of smoking on PD and BOP and expressions of IL-1β,TNF-α,HGF mRNA in periodontal tissues of patients with periodontitis.Methods:40 smoking patients with periodontitis(set as smoking group)and non-smoking 132 patients with periodontitis(set as non-smoking group)were selected and examined.The periodontal probing depth(PD)and bleeding on probing(BOP)were recorded.The data were processed by using the binary logistic regression analysis.Further,the 2mm3 periodontal tissue samples were selected from different groups(blank control group,non-smoking group,smoking group).The contents of IL-1β,TNF-αand HGF mRNA in 1μg RNA were detected by RT-PCR.The differences among these groups were analyzed by the variance analysis.Results:The binary logistic regression analysis showed that smoking was a risk factor for severe PD.The levels of IL-1β,TNF-αand HGF in the non-smoking group and the smoking group were significantly higher than those in the blank control group.The above indexes in the smoking group were higher than those in the non-smoking group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Smoking is a risk factor in deepening PD,and smoking can enhance the expressions of IL-1β,TNF-α,HGF mRNA in the periodontal tissues of the patients with periodontitis.
