摘要
某煤矿装车站钢结构在运行过程有明显的振动。在装车站钢结构满载工作状态下,分别对标高8.155 m、13.506 m及24.500 m构件振动响应进行测试,得到各测点的频率、最大峰值速度、最大峰值位移等数据,同时测试了装车站钢结构自振特性参数和冲击外力瞬间作用下的动应变,分析了结构振动工作性能,找出结构平面布置抗扭刚度弱是造成振动响应过大的主要原因,提出了加固处理思路。
This paper studies the vibration of the steel structure in a coal mine loading station during operation.The vibration responses of the components at the height of 8.155 m,13.506 m and 24.500 m are measured under full load condition and the frequency,maximum peak velocity and maximum peak displacement of each measuring point are obtained.At the same time,the parameters of the structure's self-vibration characteristics and the dynamic strain under the instantaneous impact external force are measured and the structural vibration performance is analyzed.The results show that the weak torsional stiffness of the plane layout is the main reason for the excessive vibration response.The paper finally puts forward the idea of strengthening treatment.
