黑龙江省国有重点林区森林退化的主要原因有三,一是森林资源管理策略、森林经营措施不够得力;二是全球变暖、气候变化;三是大量外来有害生物入侵。森林退化对生态、经济、社会等方面的影响深广,甚至能造成生态危机、绿色产品和各种林业品减少,林业产业发展停滞。进行森林生态系统经营,广泛深入地宣传森林生态价值,提高、扩大生态功能区建设水平和范围,以森林的社会、经济和生态效益协调发展为最高目标,全面践行习近平总书记提出的生态建设理念。

The main reasons for forest degradation in state-owned key forest areas in Heilongjiang Province are as follows:first,forest resource management strategies and forest management measures are not effective enough;second,global warming and climate change;third,a large number of alien pests.The impact of forest degradation on ecology,economy and society is harsh and wide,and even the ecological crisis,green products and various forestry products have been reduced,and the decline of the forestry industry has stagnated.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out forest ecosystem management,widely and in-depth publicity of forest ecological value,improve and expand the level and scope of ecological function area construction,and take the coordinated development of forest social,economic and ecological benefits as the highest goal,and fully implement General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the correct ecological construction concept.
