摘要
森林资源调查的主要手段是森林资源规划设计调查(简称二类调查)。二类调查的主要内容包括内业区划和外业调查以及规划方案编写。传统的调查方法适用于任务量小,工作强度低,以及人员配置充足的情况。但是,现在国家林业整体处于改革的大环境下,需要在短时间内统计森林资源现实状况详细数据,所以传统的林业调查方式已不适应现在森林资源调查的客观要求,而内外业一体化调查方法的出现能够很好的解决这个问题。
The main means of forest resource survey is forest secondary survey.The main contents of the second type of investigation include internal division and external investigation as well as statistical analysis.The traditional survey method is suitable for the situation of small task,low work intensity and sufficient personnel allocation.However,under the overall environment of national forestry reform,the actual status and details of forest resources need to be clarified in a short time.Therefore,the traditional forestry investigation method cannot meet the requirements of current forest resources investigation,and the emergence of integrated investigation method of internal and external industries can well solve this problem.
