不同品种落叶松人工林细根形态特征及碳氮含量研究

摘要 细根功能属性对树木生理、生态系统功能与过程具有重要的指示意义。形态特征是功能属性的重要组成部分,而细根中的碳氮营养成分对细根的生理、功能及形态的影响与作用至关重要。本文以5种不同落叶松人工林为研究对象,以实验生态学和分析化学等方法手段,定量分析了落叶松1、2级细根的直径、根长、根表面积、比根长等形态指标与碳氮营养成分,其结果有望对该领域研究,提供借鉴与参考。 The function attribute of fine root has important significance to the physiology,ecosystem function and process of trees.Morphological characteristics are an important part of functional attributes,and the influence and effect of the carbon and nitrogen nutrients in the fine root on the physiology,function and morphology of the fine root are of great importance.In this paper,the diameter,root length,root surface area,specific root length and other morphological indexes of larch 1 and 2 were quantitatively analyzed by means of experimental ecology and analytical chemistry.The results are expected to provide reference for the research in this field.
