虽然我国经济发展已经取得喜人的成果,但不可否认的是在经济发展的背后,是以牺牲环境为代价换来的。当前,人们已经意识到生态环境和经济发展的关系,促进两者共同发展,实现低碳经济才是当前经济社会的发展趋势。随着科学发展观、可持续发展理念、低碳经济、绿色GDP等政策和理念的提出,我国的森林资源得到一定程度的恢复。为了促进森林资源的科学发展,需加大对营林造林工作的投入,才能取得更大的进步。

Although China's economic development has achieved satisfactory results,but there is no denying that hind the economic development,at the cost of sacrificing the environment.At present,people have realized the relationship between ecological environment and economic development,promoting the common development of both and realizing low-carbon economy is the development trend of current economic society.With the scientific development concept,sustainable development concept,low-carbon economy,green GDP and other policies and ideas,China's forest resources have been restored to a certain extent.In order to promote the scientific development of forest resources,it is necessary to increase the investment in afforestation and make greater progress.
