摘要 在稻谷热泵干燥机的基础上开发稻谷烘干储藏一体化技术,针对不同使用条件提出了不同冷热量管理模式,解决了稻谷热泵干燥机使用率低、投资成本高等问题。采用低温储藏技术可有效提升稻谷储藏品质,延长稻谷储藏加工周期。稻谷烘干储藏一体化技术具有较好的适用性,低温保鲜储藏冷库可用于加工后大米储藏和其它农产品保鲜储藏。 Based on the rice heat pump dryer,the integrated technology of rice drying and storage was developed,and different cold and heat management modes were put forward according to different application conditions,which solved the problems of low utilization rate and high investment cost of rice heat pump dryer.Low temperature storage technology can effectively improve the storage quality of rice and prolong the storage and processing cycle of rice.The integrated technology of rice drying and storage has good applicability.Low temperature fresh storage cold storage can be used for rice storage and other agricultural products storage after processing.
