盗窃案件侦查的数据碰撞问题研究

Research on the Problems of Data Collision in the Detection of Theft Cases

作为一种大数据技术,数据碰撞在盗窃案件侦查中已广泛运用。为了更好地在盗窃案件侦查中运用数据碰撞方法,充分发挥数据碰撞方法在盗窃案件侦查中的作用,在厘清数据碰撞基本概念及在侦查实践中运用要求的基础上,阐述了盗窃案件的概念及特点,盗窃案件的侦查要素;分析了盗窃案件侦查中数据碰撞的基本类型,即痕迹物品的数据碰撞、生物检材的数据碰撞、各种信息痕迹的数据碰撞;分析了数据碰撞在盗窃案件侦查中运用与作用。最后指出,在盗窃案件侦查中,数据碰撞在发挥作用的同时,也存在一些亟待解决的问题。

As a big data technology,data collision has been widely used in the detection of theft cases.In order to better use the data collision method in the investigation of theft cases,this paper gives full play to the role of the data collision method in the investigation of theft cases,clarifies the theft cases based on the basic concepts of data collision and the application requirements in the investigation practice;illustrates concepts and characteristics,investigative elements of theft cases;analyzes basic types of data collisions in theft case investigation,namely data collision of traced items,data collision of biological samples,data collision of various information traces;and analyzes the application and function of data collision in theft.Finally,it is pointed out that in the investigation of theft cases,while the data collision plays a role,there are also some problems that need to be solved urgently.
