论网络贩枪犯罪的特征及侦查创新

随着网络通讯与物流寄递行业的发展,贩枪犯罪的主战场从现实空间转入虚拟空间,在犯罪主体、枪支弹药、交易行为等方面呈现出与传统贩枪犯罪迥然不同的特征,严重影响公共安全与社会稳定。公安机关应当创新侦查对策,使侦查思路、侦查协作、侦查方向、侦查取证等方式和策略更加适应网络贩枪的犯罪特点。坚持打防并举,以情报信息为导向、以网上巡查为抓手、以阵地控制为基础,实现对网络贩枪犯罪的立体化防控。

With the development of the Internet and logistics delivery industry,the main battlefield of gun crime has been transferred from real space to virtual space,which has different features of criminal subjects,gun ammo,trade practices and so on.It affects public security and social stability.Police should innovate to make strategies of investigation approach,cooperation,direction and evidence better adapted to the characteristics of gun crime.In order to achieve the three-dimensional prevention and control of online gun crimes,the public security organ should adhere to the combination of attack and defense,and take online inspection as the starting point with intelligence information as the guide and based on the position control.
