应用泌尿系解剖位置的特殊性动态观察静脉尿路造影肾积水病人与CT检查的比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨临床应用泌尿系解剖的特点评价多体位摄片方式对静脉尿路造影中肾积水患者的检查效果。方法随机选取2016年10月—2018年10月期间的96例疑诊为肾积水患者作为研究对象,患者先进行静脉尿路造影,并采用平卧位、头低足高位、半立位、俯卧位、侧位、斜侧位等多体位X线摄影,后进行常规CT检查。总结分析多体位静脉尿路造影对于提高肾积水诊断率的作用。结果CT检查肾积水的检出率、漏诊率、误诊率分别为68.8%,6.3%,25.0%,静脉尿路造影分别为90.7%,3.1%,6.3%,2组检出率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且静脉尿路造影对肾积水的原因和梗阻部位检出率高于CT(P<0.05)。结论多体位X线摄影对于提高肾积水诊断率有着理想的临床效果,优于CT检查,诊断更准切,费用低,值得推广。 Objective To determine the characteristics of clinical application of urinary anatomy,and to evaluate the superiority of multi-position radiography in the examination of patients with hydronephrosis in intravenous urography.Methods A total of 96 patients with suspected hydronephrosis were randomly selected from October 2016 to October 1818.The patients were diagnosed by intravenous urography,and were treated with multi-position radiography such as supine position,low-foot high position,semi-recumbent position,prone position,lateral position and oblique lateral position.The routine CT examination was performed to summarize and analyze the effect of multi-position intravenous urography on improving the diagnosis rate of hydronephrosis.Results The detection rate,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of hydronephrosis were 68.8%,6.3%,25.0%,and intravenous urography were 90.7%,3.1%,6.3%,respectively.The data of the two groups were significantly different and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-body radiography has an ideal clinical effect for improving the diagnosis rate of hydronephrosis.It is superior to CT examination,with more accurate diagnosis and low cost.It is worthy of promotion.
