摘要
不锈钢材质具有耐热、耐高温、耐腐蚀、塑性好、延展性能好等特点,不锈钢地铁车体主要采用不锈钢波纹板作为车顶顶板和底架地板。基于此,文章主要分析不锈钢地铁车体波纹板缝焊工艺,并从具体的焊接工艺入手,分析提升不锈钢地铁车体波纹板缝焊效果的策略。
Stainless steel has the characteristics of heat resistance,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,good plasticity and good ductility.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the process of corrugated plate seam welding of stainless steel subway body,and analyzes the strategy of improving the welding effect of corrugated plate of stainless steel subway body from the specific welding technology.
