摘要
对1000 MW火电机组冷端间接空冷散热器的单层、双层布置方式进行比选。根据目前应用成熟的管束,选择三方案进行比选,分别为:大口径基管,铝管铝翅片六排管,双流程,单层布置;大口径基管,铝管铝翅片四排管,双流程,双层布置;小口径基管,铝管铝翅片六排管(单流程),双层布置。结合塔型配置,通过初投资以及运行费用的综合比较,最终推荐单层布置方案。
In this paper,the 1 000 MW thermal power unit cold end single,double of indirect air cooled radiator for comparison.According to the current application of mature,choose three schemes for comparison,respectively is:the large diameter pipe,aluminum pipe aluminum fin six rows,double process,single arrangement;large diameter tube,aluminum tube,four row tube fin dual process,double arrangement;small diameter pipe,aluminum pipe aluminum fin six rows(single flow),double arrangement.Combination type tower configuration,by initial investment and operating cost of comprehensive comparison,recommend the layout.
