摘要 为进一步完善卷烟用瓦楞纸箱技术标准、提高烟箱循环利用效率,系统研究了烟箱循环利用过程中物理性能的变化及影响循环利用效率的因素,结果表明:1、空箱抗压强度经过一次循环使用后降幅较大,后期逐渐趋缓;耐破强度和边压强度也呈现下降趋势,但降幅相对较小。2、未收回烟箱数量、烟箱缺陷是影响烟箱循环利用效率的主要因素,大部分地市的回收周期在60天左右,回收频次受销售投放地点影响较大。 In order to improve the technical standard of corrugated cases for cigarette and improve the recycling efficiency,the physical properties changes and efficiency factors of cigarette cases recycling were systematically studied.The results showed that:1.The compressive strength of empty box decreased greatly after the first recycle,and gradually slowed down in the later period;the bursting strength and edgewise crush resistance also showed a declining trend,but the decrease was relatively small.2.The quantity of unrecovered cigarette cases and the defect of cigarette cases are the main factors which affect recycling efficiency.The recovery cycle of most cities is about 60 days,and the recovery frequency is greatly affected by the location of sales.
