摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在泌尿外科临床教学中的应用。方法将2017年9月-2018年6月在潍坊市中医院泌尿外科病房实习的本科生40名随机分为对照组20名、实验组20名。对照组实习生以传统教学方式指导实习;实验组实习生采用PBL教学法指导实习,两组实习生的实习时间均为4周。学习结束后,统一进行理论考核闭卷考试、迷你临床演练评量表(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)测评,评估两组实习生的临床教学效果。结果实验组学生理论考核成绩、Mini-CEX评分均优于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法在泌尿外科临床教学中效果良好,有助于提高学生的临床思维能力,增强学习效率。
Objective To discuss the application of problem based learning(PBL)teaching method in clinical teaching of urinary surgery.Methods A total of 40 undergraduate students who were practiced in the urinary surgery of Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the experiment group andthe control group, each group has 20 students. The intern trainees in thecontrol group were guided the internship in the traditional teaching mode;the interns in the experimental group were used the PBL teaching methodto guide the internship. Internship time for the two groups of interns is4 weeks. After the end of the study, the closed-line examination of thetheoretical assessment and the mini-clinical evaluation exercise (MiniCEX) assessment were conducted to evaluate the clinical teaching efectsof the two groups of interns. Results The theoretical assessment scores andMini-CEX scores of the experimental group were better than those of thecontrol group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method works well in the clinical teachingof urinary surgery, which helps to improve students' clinical thinking abilityand enhance learning efciency.
