摘要
目的研究PBL教学法在神经外科实习带教中的效果。方法选择从2016年11月-2018年11月于神经外科实习的100名实习生纳入此次研究工作,按照随机数字表法分方式将其划分成两组,命名为实验组与对照组,各有50名。对照组采用传统带教模式,实验组采用PBL教学法带教模式,对比两组实习生出科考试成绩与满意度。结果经两组实习生实习带教效果比较分析发现,实验组各项出科考试成绩与各项满意度指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科实习带教中合理引入PBL教学法,能够不断改善实习生出科考试的成绩,为其临床实践提供必要保障。
Objective To study the effect of PBL teaching method in neurosurgery practice teaching.Methods 100 interns in neurosurgery from November 2016 to November 2018 were selected for this study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,and were named as the experimental group and the control group,with 50 interns each.The control group was adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group was adopted the PBL teaching mode.The test scores and satisfaction of interns in the two groups were compared.Results Through the comparison and analysis of the teaching effect of the two groups of interns,it was found that the results of after-department examination and satisfaction indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the diference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rational introduction of PBL teaching method in the practice teaching of neurosurgery can constantly improve the results of after-department examination of interns,and provide necessary guarantee for their clinical practice.
