摘要
目的探讨“任务驱动,团队合作”教学方法在产科教学过程中的应用情况。方法以2017年9月-12月学习产科课程的200名同学为研究对象,分为实验组(100人)和对照组(100人)。实验组采用“任务驱动,团队合作”教学方法,对照组采用传统讲授法。3个月后,分别对两组同学进行理论考试和病例分析考试,并对所有同学进行问卷调查,分析学生对不同教学方法的感受。结果实验组学生理论成绩(84.63±8.87)分显著高于对照组学生理论课成绩(78.66±2.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生病例分析考试成绩(90.82±2.18)分明显高于对照组学生病例考试成绩(84.98±2.68)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。更多实验组学生认为本组教学方法能够提高自学能力、团队合作能力和创新能力,并且更多的实验组同学对产科的教学工作满意,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“任务驱动,团队合作”教学方法适用于产科大课教学工作,不仅能够提高学生的学习成绩,还能提高学生的综合素质。
Objective To study the application of“task-driving and team cooperation”in obstetrical teaching.Methods The research subjects were 200 students who attended obstetrics class from September to December 2017.They were divided into the control group(100 students)and the experimental group(100 students),the students in the experimental group were taught with the teaching method of“task-driving and team cooperation”,while the students in the control group were taught with traditional teaching method.After three months,theoretical test and case analysis test were performed as well as a questionnaire from students to analyze the students’feeling to different teaching method.Results The theoretical test scores in experimental group were(84.63±8.87)points,which were signifcantly higher than those in control group(78.66±2.27)points,the diference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).The case analysis scores in experimental group students were(90.82±2.18)points,which were signifcantly higher than those in control group(84.98±2.68)points,the diference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).More students in the experimental group thought that their teaching method could improve the ability of self-study,teamwork cooperation and innovation,and more students in the experimental group were satisfied with the teaching of obstetrics,the diference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion The“task-driving and team cooperation”teaching method is suitable for obstetrical teaching,which not only improves the students’performance,but also improves students’ comprehensive abilities.
