细节管理在消毒供应中心的运用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Detail Management in Disinfection Supply Center

目的分析细节管理在消毒供应中心的应用效果。方法选取本院2018年1月-12月收治的患者68例作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组:在消毒供应中心护理管理中,34例实施常规管理作为对照组,34例实施细节管理作为观察组,比较风险事件发生情况和满意度评分。结果观察组风险事件发生3例(8.8%),低于对照组的10例(29.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组门诊评分、手术室评分、病房评分、其他评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心护理管理中实施细节管理可降低风险事故发生率、提高服务质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of detail management in disinfection supply center.Methods 68 patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups:in the nursing management of disinfection supply center,34 patients were given conventional management as the control group,34 patients were given detailed management as the observation group,and the occurrence of risk events and satisfaction scores were compared.Results There were 3 cases(8.8%)of risk events in the observation group,which was lower than 10 cases(29.4%)in the control group,the diference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).The outpatient score,operating room score,ward score and other scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the diference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed management in the nursing management of disinfection supply center can reduce the incidence of risk accidents and improve the quality of service.
