摘要
儿科麻醉存在着高风险、高强度、难度大、医患矛盾多等问题,导致儿科麻醉专科医师在临床工作中往往对患儿人文关怀的实施一直处于薄弱状态。优秀的儿科麻醉医生,不仅应该拥有高超的医技,还应具备良好的医德医风,对患儿展现充分的人文关怀。目前儿科麻醉专科医师规范化培训成为我国近两年新开展的试点专培工作的重点项目之一。随着全国医疗改革和医学教育改革的新发展,同时为保障儿科麻醉的医疗安全与服务质量,加强儿科麻醉专科医师规范化培训中的人文素质教育势在必行。本文将从设立公共人文课程培训、临床带教融入人文关怀、将人文关怀纳入考核标准、手术室环境舒适化人性化改造、开展人文关怀公益活动等方面深入探讨人文教育在儿科麻醉专科医师规范化培训中的具体推进策略。
There are many problems in pediatric anesthesia,such as high risk,high intensity,great difficulty and many conflicts between doctors and patients,which lead to the fact that the implementation of humanistic care for children by pediatric anesthesiologists in clinical work is always in a weak state.Excellent pediatric anesthesiologists should not only have excellent medical skills,but also have good medical ethics,and show sufcient humanistic care for children.At present,standardized training of pediatric anesthesiologists has become one of the key projects of the new pilot special training in China in recent years.With the new development of national medical reform and medical education reform,and in order to ensure the medical safety and service quality of pediatric anesthesia,it is imperative to strengthen the humanistic quality education in the standardized training of pediatric anesthesiologists.This article will discuss the specific promotion strategy of the humanities education in the standardized training of pediatric anesthesiologists from the establishment of public humanities curriculum training,clinical education with humanistic care,humanistic care into the assessment criteria,humanized environmental comfort in the operating room,and humanistic care activities.
