体表心电图ST-T改变诊断冠心病的可靠性分析

Reliability Analysis of Surface Electrocardiogram ST-T Changes in Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究分析冠心病使用体表心电图ST-T改变检测的可靠性。方法选取本院2016年2月-2017年5月收治的189例冠心病患者作为研究对象,所有的患者根据体表心电图ST-T改变的诊断结果进行分组,将体表心电图ST-T有变化的分为观察组共计113例,体表心电图ST-T无变化的分为对照组共计76例,在分别进行冠状动脉造影检测,对结果数据进行研究分析。结果根据189例冠心病患者的研究数据显示,观察组患者冠状动脉造影的检测结果为113例ST-T变化患者中共有71例患者检测出为阳性,42例患者为阴性,阳性检出率为62.83%(71/113);照组患者冠状动脉造影的检测结果为,76例ST-T无变化患者中共有23例患者检测出为阳性,53例患者为阴性,阴性检出率为69.74%(53/76)。心绞痛患者105例,其中80例患者为稳定性心绞痛,经心电图显示T波倒置或ST段压低,其余25例患者为变异性心绞痛,经心电图显示为ST段降低同时有存在ST段抬高。结论临床中对冠心病患者使用体表心电图ST-T改变检测,虽具备一定检测效果,但局限性较多,临床中因慎重使用。

Objective To study and analyze the reliability of ST-T changes in the measurement of coronary heart disease using surface electrocardiogram.Methods 189 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and who treated in the hospital from February 2016 to May 2017 were selected as research objects.All patients were grouped according to the diagnostic results of ST-T changes in ECG.113 patients with ST-T changes in ECG were divided into observation group and 76 patients without ST-T changes in ECG were divided into control group.Coronary artery angiography was performed in each group,and the results were analyzed.Results According to the data of 189 patients with coronary heart disease,71 of 113 patients with ST-T changes in the observation group were positive,42 patients were negative,and the positive detection rate was 62.83%(71/113);76 patients with ST-T changes in the control group were unchanged.A total of 23 patients were positive and 53 patients were negative.The negative detection rate was 69.74%(53/76).Among 105 patients with angina pectoris,80 patients had stable angina pectoris.The electrocardiogram showed T wave inversion or ST segment depression.The other 25 patients had variant angina pectoris.The electrocardiogram showed ST segment depression and ST segment elevation. Conclusion Surfaceelectrocardiogram ST-T change detection in patients with coronary heartdisease has certain detection efect, but it has many limitations. It should beused carefully in clinic.
