盐酸氨溴索加盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎效果

Efect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Plus Procarterol Hydrochloride for the Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia

目的分析盐酸氨溴索与盐酸丙拉特罗联用在治疗小儿肺炎方面的临床效果。方法选择本院于2017年1月-12月所收治的136例小儿肺炎患儿作为本次研究的对象,并随机分为观察组与对照组,每组68例。其中对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组则采用盐酸氨溴索与盐酸丙卡特罗联合使用的治疗方式。在治疗过程结束后比较两组患儿的疗效数据与体征消退时间。结果本次研究数据结果显示,在治疗效果的数据对比方面,观察组以94.1%优于对照组的83.8%,数据差异具有统计学意义(P=0.002,χ^2=6.335);另外在体征消退方面,观察组患儿在发热时间、喘息时间、咳痰时间与肺部啰音时间消退情况上也要优于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),证明了盐酸氨溴索与盐酸丙卡特罗联用所取得的效果。结论盐酸氨溴索与盐酸丙卡特罗联用在临床上具有显著的治疗作用,可以帮助患儿快速消退症状,促进患儿痊愈。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with prolacterol hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods 136 children with pediatric pneumonia admitted to the hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the objects of this study,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was received conventional treatment,while the observation group was received ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procarterol hydrochloride.At the end of the treatment process,the efcacy data and the regression time of signs of the two groups were compared.Results The data of this study showed that 94.1%of the observation group was superior to 83.8%of the control group in terms of comparison of therapeutic efect data,and the data diference was statistically signifcant(P=0.002,χ2=6.335).In addition,as for the regression of signs,the observation group was better than the control group in the regression of fever time,wheezing time,expectorant time and lung rales time,with statistically signifcant diferences(P<0.05),the efect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procarterol hydrochloride was proved.Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with procarterol hydrochloride has a signifcant therapeutic efect in clinical practice,which can help children quickly sign regression and promote their recovery.
