胸腺五肽对肺结核患者的临床疗效分析

摘要 目的探究胸腺五肽对肺结核患者的临床疗效以及分析。方法选取2017年4月-2018年4月本院收治的肺结核患者90例,按照随机抽取的方式划分为研究组和对照组,各45例,观察比较两组患者临床治疗前后痰抗酸杆菌阴转率、病灶吸收好转率以及患者不良反应情况。结果研究组患者的抗酸杆菌阴转率以及病灶吸收好转率明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腺五肽在治疗肺结核患者的临床疗效显著,可以改善患者肺功能,提高患者免疫功能,进而促进病灶吸收,降低不良反应发生率。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and analysis of thymic pentapeptide in patients with tuberculosis.Methods A total of 90 cases of tuberculosis patients admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random sampling method,with 45 cases each.The incidence of adverse reactions,the rate of acid-fast bacilli negative conversion and focus absorption rate of the two groups of patients were observed and compared before and after the clinical treatment.Results The rate of acid-fast bacilli negative conversion and focus absorption rate were signifcantly higher in the study group than in the control group,the diference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was signifcantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thymic pentapeptide has signifcant clinical efect in treating patients with tuberculosis,which can improve the pulmonary function and immune function of patients,and then promote focus absorption and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
