摘要
目的探讨急性心肌梗死中的心脏康复护理措施及效果。方法选取2016年9月-2017年9月本院收治的144例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各72名患者。观察组予以心脏康复护理,对照组予以常规护理。结果观察组的心理功能、健康知识、躯体功能的评分分别为(78.92±1.18)分、(82.56±1.98)分、(75.66±1.72)分,明显高于对照组的(62.72±1.14)分、(59.58±1.02)分、(51.04±2.08)分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。另外,观察组的总满意度为100%,明显高于对照组的86.1%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用心脏康复护理能有效缓解患者的焦虑与恐惧心理,理解相关疾病健康知识,帮助患者恢复身体机能;此外,运用心脏康复护理,患者的满意度更高。
Objective To explore the nursing measures and effects of cardiac rehabilitation in acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 144 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled as research objects.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 72 patients in each group.The observation group was received cardiac rehabilitation care and the control group was received routine care.Results The scores of psychological function,health knowledge and physical function of the observation group were(78.92±1.18)points,(82.56±1.98)points,and(75.66±1.72)points,which were signifcantly higher than those of the control group(62.72±3.14)points.(59.58±1.02)points,(51.04±2.08)points,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In addition,the total satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 86.10%,P<0.05,the diference was statistically signifcant.Conclusion The use of cardiac rehabilitation nursing can efectively alleviate the anxiety and fear of patients,understand the health knowledge of related diseases,and help patients to restore their physical functions.In addition,the use of cardiac rehabilitation nursing,patient satisfaction is higher.
