胃癌合并糖尿病临床护理分析

Clinical Nursing Analysis of Gastric Cancer Complicated With Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨胃癌合并糖尿病临床护理效果分析。方法选取本科90例胃癌合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组(n=45),对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施化疗中护理干预,对比两组不同护理干预后的血糖控制及并发症情况。结果实施不同干预后研究组化疗后6 h、化疗后12 h、化疗后24 h血糖均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组并发症(低血糖、创口感染、消化道不适和酮症酸中毒)的发生均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论胃癌合并糖尿病患者应用护理干预的效果是显著有效的,不仅能降低患者的血糖,还能降低患者的并发症发生率,有助于患者的病情恢复。

Objective To explore the efect of clinical nursing intervention of gastric cancer patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 90 patients with gastric cancer and diabetes mellitus in the department were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups(n=45)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the research group was given nursing intervention during chemotherapy.After different nursing interventions,the blood sugar control and complications situation of the two groups were compared.Results After different nursing interventions,the blood sugar of 6 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after chemotherapy in the research group were signifcantly lower than that in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Complications(hypoglycemia,wound infection,digestive tract discomfort and ketoacidosis)in the reaearch group was signifcantly lower than those in the control group,the diference were statistically signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention in patients with gastric cancer and diabetes mellitus is signifcantly efective,not only can reduce the patient’s blood sugar,but also reduce the patient’s complication rate,and help the patient's condition recovery.
