摘要
激光标线仪是一种能提供自动安平的全空间三维激光线的装置。其精度直接影响测量质量。因此,保证激光标线仪的精度尤为重要。但目前,国内还没有成熟的校准装置。由此,本文研制了一款激光标线仪校准装置,并分析了其水平线示值误差和垂直线示值误差校准准确度的测试方法。
Laser marker is a device that can provide automatic level of all-space three-dimensional laser lines. Its accuracy directly affects the quality of measurement. Therefore, it is particularly important to ensure the accuracy of laser marking instrument. But at present, there is no mature calibration device in China. In this paper, a calibration device for laser marker was developed, and the test methods for the calibration accuracy of horizontal and vertical line indication errors were analyzed.
