摘要 PLC(可编程控制器)是一种高性能、高效率与高精度的装置,具有操作便捷、性能可靠、人机交互、寿命长以及通用灵活等优点,作为继电器的替代装置被广泛应用到现场数据的采集以及设备控制环节中,满足用户的定制功能需求。本文基于PLC控制器组态软件技术、变频器等进行了电机变频调速试验系统的设计与实现,旨在为PLC在变频调速中的应用提供参考。 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) is a kind of device with high performance, high efficiency and high precision. It has the advantages of convenient operation, reliable performance, human-computer interaction, long life and general flexibility. As an alternative device of relay, it is widely used in the field data acquisition and equipment control links to meet the user’s customization function. Demand. Based on the configuration software technology of PLC controller and frequency converter, this paper designed and implements the test system of motor frequency conversion speed regulation, aiming at providing reference for the application of PLC in frequency conversion speed regulation.
