焦作市全域智慧旅游精准云服务平台构建模式研究

Research on the Construction Mode of Jiaozuo Global Smart Tourism Precision Cloud Service Platform

通过对传统焦作市旅游信息的系统信息资源分散独立、数据利用率较低等问题进行研究,找出问题根源,提出构建一种焦作市全域智慧旅游的精准服务平台构建模式,并给出详细的设计方案。方案中将所有的旅游相关业务活动改进为以隐式和显式数据驱动的模式,一方面根据数据驱动旅游资源信息的整合和共享;另一方面则根据隐式数据的智能分析结果来调整和优化旅游服务来适应随时变化的旅游市场环境和需求,最终实现“智慧旅游+需求、智慧旅游+营销、智慧旅游+宣传、智慧旅游+感知服务、智慧旅游+个性化管理、智慧旅游+内容”建设,形成“城在景中、景在城中”的焦作市全域旅游新格局。

Through the research on the problem that the traditional information resources of the Jiaozuo tourism infor?mation are scattered and independent,and the data utilization rate was low,the root cause of the problem was found out,and a precise service platform construction mode of Jiaozuo global smart tourism was proposed.In the program,all tourism-related business activities were improved to an implicit and explicit data-driven model.On the one hand,data-driven tourism resource information was integrated and shared,and on the other hand,it was adjusted according to the intelligent analysis results of implicit data.Optimize tourism services to adapt to the changing travel market en?vironment and needs,and finally achieve“smart tourism+demand,smart tourism+marketing,smart tourism+pub?licity,smart tourism+perceived services,smart tourism+personalized management,smart tourism+content”con?struction will form a new pattern of Jiaozuo tourism in the“city in the scenery and the scenery in the city”.
