农村水利设施的荒废现象及其治理

农村水利设施的主要目的是确保农村人畜的安全饮水和农田的灌溉用水。为了充分发挥出农村水利设施的效用,对其进行科学管理至关重要。目前,我国农村普遍存在水利设施建成之后荒废的现象,并没有最大化地发挥出工程效益,不但浪费了资源,还阻碍了农村的发展。本文针对农村水利设施的荒废现象,提出了相应的治理措施,希望能对促进农村经济发展有所帮助。

The main purpose of rural water conservancy facilities is to ensure the safe drinking water of rural people and livestock and the irrigation water of farmland.In order to give full play to the utility of rural water conservancy fa?cilities,scientific management of them is very important.At present,after the construction of rural water conservancy facilities in our country,there is a phenomenon of neglect,which does not maximize the benefits of the project.It not only wastes resources,but also hinders the development of rural areas.This paper aimed at the waste phenomenon of rural water conservancy facilities,and put forward corresponding measures for governance,hoping to help promote ru?ral economic development.
