摘要
通过试验列出CO2气体保护焊坡口横焊和平焊的优缺点。结合现场生产和质量检测,得出减少焊接缺陷的工艺参数。同时,制定合理的焊接工艺方案,以保证液压支架结构件的焊接质量,提高生产效率。
The advantages and disadvantages of CO2 gas welding groove horizontal welding and flat welding were found out through experiments.Based on field production and quality inspection,the process parameters to reduce welding defects were obtained.At the same time,a reasonable welding process plan was formulated to ensure the welding quality of the structural parts of the hydraulic support and improve the production efficiency.
