摘要 由于当今工业发展对热端部件的使用要求越来越高,对于镍基高温合金的研究也不断深入。简要回顾了镍基高温合金的发展历程,重点介绍了镍基高温合金的合金化元素与防护涂层。众多研究表明,在合金化元素中以元素Y为代表的活性元素对镍基高温合金有着提高抗热腐蚀性能的作用。而相对于传统的防护涂层,热障涂层与溅射纳米晶涂层在高温合金未来的发展与应用中将发挥更重要的作用。 Because of the increasing demand for hot end components in industrial development,the research on Ni based superalloys is also deepening.In view of this problem,the development history of nickel base superalloy is briefly reviewed,and the alloying elements and protective coatings of nickel base superalloy are mainly introduced.Many studies have shown that the active elements represented by element Y in alloying elements can enhance the thermal corrosion resistance of Ni based superalloys.Compared with traditional protective coatings,thermal barrier coatings and sputtered nanocrystalline coatings will play a more important role in the future development and application of superalloys.
