摘要 空气压缩机是一种耗电量巨大的设备,通过对空气压缩机现场实测与调研论证,发现空压机的高能耗原因依次为空载引起的能耗、压差引起的能耗、运行管理不规范、空压站设计不合理、空压机维护不到位、用气设备的压力设定不恰当、用气周期的设定不合理以及管线泄露等。采用巨伦系列节能产品对空压站进行改造升级,能够大大降低空载能耗和压差能耗,同时实现多机组群控,解决了空压站设计不合理等诸多前期缺陷,提高安全性,降低人力成本,获得了良好的节能降耗效益。 Air compressor is a kind of equipment with great power consumption.Through the field measurement and investigation and demonstration of air compressor,it is found that the cause of high energy consumption of air compressor is energy consumption caused by air load,energy consumption caused by pressure difference,unstandardized operation management,unreasonable design of air pressure station,poor maintenance of air compressor and gas use equipment.Improper pressure setting,unreasonable gas cycle setting and pipeline leakage.Using Mega series energy saving products to upgrade and upgrade the air pressure station,it can greatly reduce the energy consumption and the energy consumption of the pressure difference.At the same time,the multi unit group control can be realized,and many early defects such as the unreasonable design of the air pressure station are solved,the safety is improved,the manpower cost is reduced,and the efficiency of saving energy and reducing the consumption is achieved.
