针对企业工时定额管理中的困难,建立了一套包括标准制定、信息化协同、差异分析、标准修订的工时管理信息化体系。开发了工时定额管理系统,包括定额标准管理、产品结构管理、工艺编制管理、工时定额制定、现场工时管理、基础字典管理、工时数据分析等功能,提高了企业的工时定额管理水平。

To solve the problem of management on Working Hours Quota for Enterprise,we establish an information system of man hour quota management that involve in quota standard formulation,information synergy,difference analysis,standard revision.Besides,we develop the software based on that information system.The functional modules of the software include quota standard management,product structure management,process planning and management,man-hour quota management,actual working hour management,data dictionary management,man hour data analysis,etc..Through the implementation of the information management system and software,the man hour quota management level has been improved.
