摘要
建立基于UniGraphics软件环境的高性能螺纹丝锥参数化设计技术,将系列化尺寸参数的高性能螺纹丝锥产品三维设计作业通过Visual Studio程序化操作部件族电子表格进行快速生成,通过建立设计变量与尺寸参数驱动的对应关系完成高性能螺纹丝锥的参数化设计作业,并综合运用数据库技术、Excel电子表格技术及网页技术等融于参数化设计中,提高高性能螺纹丝锥的设计制造技术水平。通过建立高性能螺纹丝锥三维实体零件库,将三维模型快速提交给切削仿真应用研究、CAD/CAM作业等其它应用中。
Establish a high-performance thread tap parameterization design technology based on UniGraphics software environment,and quickly generate 3D design work of high-performance thread tap products with serialized size parameters through the latest Visual Studio programmatic operation part family spreadsheet,and establish design variables and dimensions.The parameter-driven correspondence completes the parametric design of high-performance thread taps,and integrates database technology,Excel spreadsheet technology and webpage technology into parametric design to improve the design and manufacturing level of high-performance thread taps.By establishing a high-performance threaded tap 3D solid part library,the 3D model can be quickly submitted to other applications such as cutting simulation application research,CAD/CAM operations.
