摘要
以某减速器齿轮轴为研究对象,利用有限元法对其进行动态特性分析,通过模态分析得出齿轮轴的固有频率和振型等动态特性参数,通过谐响应分析得出对齿轮轴动态特性影响最大的模态;以该模态固有频率为目标参数,利用正交设计实验法对其进行灵敏度分析。通过分析得出,齿轮轴的前六阶模态振型具有如下特点:第1阶和第2阶振型为齿轮轴的一阶弯曲振型,第3阶振型为齿轮轴的扭转振型,第4、5、6阶振型为齿轮轴的二阶弯曲振型,对其动态特性影响最大的模态为第1阶模态,对其动态特性影响较大的结构参数为l1、l5、d1、d3、d4、d5。
Taking a gear-axle as the research objective,its dynamic characteristic was analyzed by finite element method.The dynamic characteristic such as natural frequency and vibration type was obtained through modal analysis,and the frequency affecting the dynamic characteristic mostly was got through harmonic response analysis.Then,the frequency was taken as the target,the sensitivity analysis of the gear-axle was carried out by orthogonal design experimental method.It is concluded that the vibration type of gear-axle has the following characteristics:the first order and second order modes for the first order bending vibration,the third modes for torsional vibration,the fourth,fifth,sixth modes for the two order bending vibration.The modal with the greatest influence on its dynamic characteristics is the first order mode,and the structural parameters which have great influence on its dynamic characteristics are l1,l5,d1,d3,d4,d5.
