导向管的焊接质量受到很多因素的干扰,其中比较重要是导向管压塞质量,很多有缺陷的焊缝都是因为压塞质量不好造成的。导向管生产过程中,现阶段都是依靠手工操作的方法压端塞,但是手工操作过程中因为人为操作的不稳定性,会对对压塞质量造成影响,从而增加焊接难度、增加成本。设计制造了一套导向管自动压塞设备,通过大量工艺试验,完成了导向管自动压塞技术研究,可以使导向管压塞质量稳定,提高产品质量,提高成品率,其次还能减少人力,从而减少生产成本、提高生产线自动化。

Guide tube weld quality is interferenced by many factors,one of the more important factor is the plug of pressure,a lot of defective welds are caused by poor press plug.Fuel production stage are relying on manual methods to pressure the plug.Previously,However,due to the instability of manual operation,it will affect the quality of plug,thereby increasing the welding difficulty and increasing the cost.A set of guide tube automatic tamponade equipment which through a large number of process tests was designed and manufactured,the automatic tamping technology of the guide tube was completed.The quality of the guide tube tamper can be stabilized,and it improve the product quality and the rate of the finished product,the manpower can be reduced secondly.This will reduce production costs and increase the automation of the production line.
