核燃料零部件的金属3D打印制造技术初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 对国际先进的金属激光3D打印技术进行初步研究,探索其在核燃料元件关键零部件制造中应用的可行性。通过对AISI 304L不锈钢管座、Inconel 718镍基合金弹簧等关键零件的3D打印试样的性能检测及对比分析,对原料粉末和3D打印工艺进行改进,初步完成了局部及整体产品的金属3D打印试制。试制样件的综合材料性能已接近产品锻件材料的性能要求,证明该研究具有一定的可行性。 This article introduce the Primary research work of metal 3D printing manufacturing technology of fuel assembly parts,to explore the feasibility of the application of international advanced technology in the key parts of fuel assembly.Through the performance test and comparative analysis,powder stock and 3D printing manufacturing technology improvement,which metal 3D printing manufacturing samples material for AISI304L austenitic stainless steel、Inconel 718 high temperature nickel base alloy,preliminary completion of local and global product trial production of metal 3D printing manufacturing.The comprehensive material performance of the sample is close to the requirement of forging products.It is proved that this study has certain deasibility.
