摘要
以芳香醛、乙二胺、丙酮和乙醛为起始原料,在超声波促进下采用一锅煮法,合成了8个咪唑烷衍生物(c1~c8,其中c3~c8为新化合物),其结构经1 H NMR,IR,MS(ESI)和XRD表征。与传统“三步加热”反应相比,微波一锅法将反应时间从2~3 h缩短至0.5 h,总收率从50%提高至80%以上。
Using aromatic aldehyde,ethylenediamine,acetone and acetaldehyde as raw material,eight imidazolidine derivatives(c1~c8,c3~c8 were novel compounds)were synthesized by one pot method under ultrasonic promotion.The structures were characterized by 1 H NMR,IR,MS(ESI)and XRD.Compared with the traditional three-step heating reaction,the reaction time of one-pot method shorten from 2~3 h to 0.5 h,and the total yield increased from 50%to more than 80%.
