摘要
阿齐沙坦为新一代选择性AT-1亚型血管紧张素II受体拮抗剂类抗高血压药,具有降压平稳、不引起干咳等优点,有较好的市场前景.本文对阿齐沙坦的紫外吸收光谱(UV)、红外吸收光谱(IR)、高分辨质谱(HRMS)、核磁共振(NMR)波谱(包括1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、1H-1H COSY、HMQC、HMBC)数据进行了解析和归属,综合运用多种谱学方法确证了阿齐沙坦的结构.
Azilsartan is a novel AT-1 angiotensin II receptor blocker,which reduces blood pressure mildly without the side effect of cough.The drug is believed to have a large market potential.In this study,the drug was analyzed by ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV),infrared spectroscopy(IR),high resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS)and one-/two-dimensional magnetic resonance spectroscopy(i.e.,1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT,1H-1H COSY,HMQC and HMBC).The spectral data were carefully analyzed,interpreted and used to elucidate the structure of the compound.
