摘要
团队创业是新创企业主力,但创业合伙却并非易事,团队成员的中途退出往往会严重影响新创企业发展,因此,创业团队的契约治理能否减少团队成员退出成为新创企业成功与否的关键之一。本研究从人力资本激励视角出发,探索了团队成员人际互动结果的分配公平感在创业团队契约治理与团队成员退出意愿之间的中介机制。实证结果显示,分配公平感在创业团队契约治理与团队成员退出意愿之间起中介作用,创业阶段在创业团队契约治理与团队成员退出意愿关系中发挥有中介的调节作用,这一调节作用通过分配公平感的中介部分实现。研究结论对于把握创业团队研究、促进在实践中对创业的深入理解有一定的借鉴意义。
Entrepreneurship with a team is a principle part in new ventures.However,entrepreneurship with a team is complicated,because member exit brings severe problems to new ventures.Thus,it matters a lot whether entrepreneurial team contractual governance can lower the member exit willingness.From the perspective of human capital incentive,it constructed a model to examine whether distributive justice plays a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial team contractual governance and member exit willingness.The empirical test results show that distributive justice plays a mediating role between contractual governance and member exit willingness and entrepreneurship stage moderates the relationship through the partly mediating role of distributive justice.It makes great contributions to a grasp of the potential research directions of entrepreneurial team research,and the promotion of deep understanding of entrepreneurship in practice.
